Empowerment Workshops/Seminars – are designed to address topics/issues of interest and concern to women in today’s fast-paced, dynamic environment. These seminars will focus on giving women ideas, tools, and resources to empower themselves, to boost self-esteem, and build confidence.

Fun Relaxation Entertainment and Excitement, or F.R.E.E. as we like to call it, are events which promote an evening full of laughs.
